Ollie Pope Cements Position to England Cricket's Number Three Role with Strong 90 Against Lions

It is tough to determine how significant of the English team's warm-up fixture will prove meaningful when their Ashes series battle begins a short distance away at the Perth venue on Friday – no distance in geography or duration but worlds away in significance and environment – but if it managed only enhancing Pope's self-belief, that alone has made the endeavor valuable.
